Responsibilities


The Fort Morgan Police Department has three full-time Clerks working in the Support Services Division. They are the first people to greet you when you walk through the front door and possibly the first person you talk to on the telephone.

Their primary job is to enter each officer's reports in a timely and professional manner. In addition, they enter summonses, accident reports, alarms, and more. Each clerk is also certified on the CCIC/NCIC computer system and complete all entries and cancellations. The Clerks are: Mary Holt, and Stephanie Harman.
