FMPD Chief Serving on Crime Prevention Committee

Fort Morgan Chief of Public Safety Paul Schultz has had his term extended on the Crime Prevention Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Schultz is in his second year on this committee and will now serve through the conclusion of the 2020 IACP Annual Conference.

The crime prevention committee is made up of executive crime prevention practitioners, academics and private sector professionals who focus on ways to reduce crime, Schultz said. Committee members review relevant materials and serve as subject matter experts to provide advice, strategic insights and technical expertise to the IACP leadership, according to the association.
