The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed proposals for the City of Fort Morgan Training Facility Master Plan. Please review the complete Request for Proposal in the Related Documents section below, along with Attachments A and B and Addendums 1 and 2.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Access:
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site access will be held on Monday, March 15, 2010, at 1:00 pm at the Burlington Training Facility, 1320 E. Burlington Ave. All prospective bidders must attend this pre-proposal meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

All questions must be in writing and addressed to Brad Curtis, Municipal Engineer, by Email or fax at (970) 867-3039. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, March 19, 2010, at 9:00 am. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Brad Curtis at (970) 542-3901 to verify receipt of questions.

| Proposals must be properly signed by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the submitter's authorized signature assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted.
