The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Fort Morgan Municipal Airport Turf Runway 8-26 Seeding Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 5, 2018 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. A public bid opening will not be held. Please review the complete Request for Bids in the Related Documents section below.

Project Site Access: All prospective Respondents who wish to have direct access to the project site must schedule appointments with Steve Glammeyer, as time and schedule allows. 

Delivery of bids: 
All sealed bids must be addressed to:

- and bear the name of the bidder and their address.

If delivering via private courier (such as FedEx, UPS, etc.) to: 110 Main St., Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

EmailThe cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 9:00 am. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Steve Glammeyer at (970) 542-3901 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. 

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the bid assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only bids properly received will be accepted.
