The Mayor sets the agenda for each meeting. To place an issue on the agenda, one needs to contact the City Clerk by 5:00 pm on the Wednesday preceding a Council meeting. A time slot for audience participation is also observed at every council business meeting for items not on the agenda to encourage public participation.
The draft minutes are presented to City Council for their review and approval at the next scheduled regular meeting. Once approved, the minutes are posted to this website as soon as possible.
