The cutoff date and time for questions is WednesdayJanuary 10, 2018, February 10, 2018 at 9:00 am. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Commander Jared Crone at (970) 542-3932 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any Bid Addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
