The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Fiber Network Construction Project until 4:30 p.m. (our clock) on February 12, 2018 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete request for bids, and Addendum No. 1 and No. 2, in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary: the project generally consists of the construction of approximately 60 miles (36 miles aerial, 24 miles underground) of fiber optic network.

Delivery of Bids: 
All sealed bids must be addressed to:

Pre-Bid Meeting:
mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the City Complex located at 710 E. Railroad Avenue. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
