The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for 2018 Water and Sewer Underground Infrastructure Projects until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on March 8, 2018 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete request for bids, and Addendum No. 1 and No. 2, in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary: the project generally consists of  5 separate projects A-E involving replacement from ductile iron/sandcast to PVC and new installation of PVC adding infrastructure.

Delivery of Bids: 
All sealed bids must be addressed to:

Pre-Bid Meeting:
mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the City Complex located at 710 E. Railroad Avenue. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
