The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Fiber Optic Cable and Enclosures until 2:45 p.m. (our clock) on March 15, 2018 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 p.m. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid, and Addendum No. 1 and 2, in the Related Documents section below.

Email. The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, March 12, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Doug Hofman at (970) 542-3917 to verify receipt of questions. 

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
