Description:
The City of Fort Morgan Police Department is accepting sealed bids for a Roof Replacement Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on March 30, 2021 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid in the Related Documents, and Addendum No. 1 and No. 2, section below.

Project Summary: The project consists of replacing the roof on a building located at 901 East Beaver Avenue with GAF 60 mil T.P.O membrane (at a minimum).

Delivery of Bids:

Project Site Access:
All prospective Bidders are required to visit the project side to inspect the roof.  No bids will be accepted from Bidders who have not visited the site. Bidders who wish to have access to the project site can schedule appointments with Steve Brown at (970) 542-3940. Project site visits must be completed before March 24, 2021.

All questions must be in writing and addressed to Steve Brown, Support Services Commander, by 
EmailThe cutoff date and time for questions is Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Steve Brown at (970) 542-3940 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
