The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Pointe Plaza Infrastructure and Road Construction Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on July 9, 2021 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid, and Addendum No. 1, No. 2 and Revised Bid Form No. 2, in the Related Documents section below.

Project Summary: The project generally consists of construction of new local roadways, the installation of water and sanitary sewer mains, and other ancillary improvements to service future commercial development in the subdivision.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Planning & Zoning Building located at 110 Sherman Street. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
