The City of Fort Morgan is accepting Request(s) for Qualifications (RFQ) AND Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals and/or firms for Legal Services - City Prosecutor until 4:00 p.m. (our clock) on June 30, 2022 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701. 

No public opening will be held.

Bids must be received at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. (MST) on June 30, 2022.


No pre-proposal meeting will be held.


All questions regarding this bid should go to Deputy City Manager John Brennan.   Questions must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to .  The cut-off date and time for questions is June 28, 2022, at 9 a.m. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to contact John Brennan, Deputy City Manager/City Clerk, at (970) 542-3963 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. It shall be the responsibility of the Respondent to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Special Requirements:
Proposals must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted.
