The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Quail Dunes Golf Course Cart Path Replacement and Parking Lot Repairs until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on December 30, 2022 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Golf Course located at 17586 Morgan County Road T.5, Fort Morgan, Colorado. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.
Questions: All questions must be in writing and addressed to Ty Hamer, Director of Community Services, at . The cutoff date and time for questions is Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
