Description:

The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Library / Museum Roof Replacement Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on January 13, 2023 February 3, 2023 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Request for Bids, and Addendum No. 1, No. 2 and Revised Bid Form, Addendum No. 3  in the related documents section below.

Delivery of Bids:
All sealed bids must be addressed to:

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. in the community room of the Library/Museum building located at 414 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.  

Due to inclement weather, the pre-bid meeting on December 29, 2022, is no longer mandatory.  Prospective bidders may schedule appointments with Ty Hamer to inspect the roof/gutters.

The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, January 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
