The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Design/Build of the CentrePointe Park and Sports Field until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 21 28, 2023 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Request for Bid and Addendum No.1 and No. 2 in the related documents section below.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fort Morgan Fieldhouse located at 1239 East Kiowa Avenue, Fort Morgan, Colorado. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.
Questions:
All questions must be in writing and addressed to Ty Hamer, Director of Community Services, at . The cutoff date and time for questions is Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

| Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
