The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Quail Dunes Pro Shop Addition / Remodel until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 21, 2023 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Request for Bids, and Addendum No. 1, in the related documents section below.

Delivery of Bids:

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Quail Dunes Golf Course located at 17586 County Road T.5, Fort Morgan, Colorado. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
