The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the lease of multiple digital, color, multifunctional photocopiers (copier, printer, scanner) until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on December 11, 2023, at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado, 80701, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened at 3:15 p.m. on December 11, 2023. . | Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
