Project Summary: This project consists of the replacement of approximately 400-feet of 48-inch diameter underground pipe.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Planning & Zoning/Building Department located at 110 Sherman Street, Fort Morgan. All prospective Bidders must attend this pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their Bid.

The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, December 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Doug Linton at (970) 542-3901 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
