1. The Howard Rollin Memorial Community Room is offered to the general public for meetings. It is not, however, for private social events, i.e., wedding receptions, graduations, birthdays, celebrations, etc. 2. Reservation requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.3. Set-up and clean-up must take place during the time user has reserved the room.4. No running or unruly behavior allowed in the Library or Museum.5. Food and drink are allowed in the Howard Rollin Memorial Community Room. Catering is allowed but is the responsibility of the reserving party.6. No orange or red drinks are allowed in the Howard Rollin Memorial Community Room.7. The kitchenette is available for usage upon request.8. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in/on City property.9. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children.10. Please do not misuse City items such as tables or chairs.11. Users are responsible for cleaning up after their event. This includes vacuuming, and taking out all trash.12. Library/Museum staff are required to be on-site during all times of use. 13. City staff has authority to discontinue user's access to the facility if any activity conducted during said use is illegal or deemed inappropriate. Library/Museum staff will advise the applicant to correct the problem. Failure to comply with this request could result in the City of Fort Morgan Police Department intervention. 14. Meeting rooms may be scheduled up to 6 months prior to the reservation date.15. A reservation request form MUST be filled out either online, in person at the Library/Museum or over the phone with a library/museum staff member.16. Completing this reservation request form is verification that you understand and will adhere to the meeting room guidelines and rules.17. All advertising, except that incidental to programs, and all sale of merchandise or other materials is forbidden on the premises. Organizations cannot charge a fee for any meeting held in the Community Room.18. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time by notifying the reservation holder. Any application, including those previously granted permission, may be rejected or suspended for the violation of the rules of conduct at the absolute discretion of the Director of Library & Museum Services or his/her representatives.19. Failure to appear within 30 minutes of your reservation will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
