Purpose
The purpose of the Right-of-Way Permits
Ordinance is to provide principles, procedures, and associated funding for the placement of structures and infrastructures, construction, excavation, encroachments, and work activities wtihin or upon any public right-of-way and to protect the integrity of the road system of the City. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to require permits, to establish procedures, and to fix and collect fees and charges.
