The meeting rooms at the Fort Morgan Public Library/Museum are offered to the general public for meetings and educational purposes. They are not, however, for private social events, i.e., wedding receptions, graduations, birthdays, celebrations, etc.

Reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations can be made no more than 6 months in advance.
Set up and clean up are the responsibility of the registrant; damages to city property will be charged to the registrant.
Food and drink are acceptable.
Library/Museum staff are not responsible for directing registrants participants to the meeting rooms. Registrants must clear the room 15 minutes before the Library/Museum's posted closing time.
Rooms may be used for:
• Meetings which are open to the public
• Public lectures, panel discussions, film and slide presentations, group
discussions, workshops, and other similar functions.
• Organizations or individuals engaged in educational, cultural,
intellectual, governmental or charitable activities.
Rooms may NOT be used for:
• Any purpose which may interfere with the regular operation of the
library.
• Programs involving the sale, advertising, solicitation or promotion of
commercial products or services.
• Personal, company, or family parties.
• Solicitation of library patron signatures for petitions.
