Food Trucks can operate within City limits with City approval. The following need to be submitted to the City Clerk's office for review:
- Application and supporting documents listed within application
- Site Plan (map of premises) truck must be 15' from fire hydrants and 10' from building, structures, combustible materials, other food trucks and grills and roadway.
- Fee ($600 per year)
Food trucks are responsible for demonstration compliance with the requirements of 2018 International Fire Code.
The Northeast Colorado Health Department (NCHD) must give approval of the food truck prior to the City of Fort Morgan issuing a license.
