The Code Enforcement Officers (CEO) are under the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief.
The responsibilities for the CEO include locating and identifying violations of the City Code of Fort Morgan within the City limits. The duties include enforcement of animal control, parking violations, weed and snow removal, refuse violations, watering violations, and other code violation when needed. In addition to identifying violations, the CEO will assist in traffic control at public gatherings, traffic accidents and other emergency scenes.
